File Name: 33wetark Author: William E. Thompson Comment: Lynzi Weatherbee, 8, of Rogers dances with a skeleton Saturday during a law enforcement festival at Northwest Arkansas Community College. The event, sponsored by the Optimist Clubs from Bentonville and Rogers, featured Benton County law enforcement agencies providing demonstrations, equipment displays and refreshments for the public.
