Learning from the ground up what it takes to be a police office, Physical training is one aspect involved in becoming certified which Basic Law Enforcement Training students learn at Rockingham Community College Wednesday October 27, 2004. Students come from many of the surrounding counties to be trained at RCC which serves as a pilot school in the region for Law Enforcement Training.
